8 Personal Training Sessions
Over the 28 days you will receive 8 semi-private personal training sessions, Sessions will be limited to only 4 people to ensure the utmost support and guidance through the session
You will get weekly messages and emails from me during your 28 day trial. I want to be on hand whenever you need me, to help you stay on track and get amazing results over the 28 days.
Online Help with RR HUB
You will get access to the Real Results HUB. This is a dedicated web site for all RRT clients which hold info on meal plans and guides, exercises for home and the gym, mindset and motivation help and loads of extra info 🙂
Take the guess work out of your diet with personalized nutritional advice and support. I will show you how making simple changes to your diet can get you some awesome results.
Beyond the Gym
Are you doing things right, or wrong out side of your gym sessions!! Don't worry I will stay in contact with you outside of your sessions, to help ensure I answer your questions and you the results you want

At your first session we’ll take body measurements, talk about your goals and previous training and eating and set some targets.

DO I HAVE TO BE FIT?
No. As all my clients are over 30’s dads, I understand it may have been a while since you did any exercise or training. So inside RRT your fitness goal is unique to you. We’ll assess your current level, personalise your programme and take it at a pace that works for you 👍
WHAT IF I HAVE ACHES, PAINS AND INJURIES?
No problem. Many of our members come to us with injuries or life-related issues like joint niggles, back pain and other old injuries, all part of being an over 30 dad :). As the program is designed for you we can easily modify or change any exercises that dont feel right or cause issues.
WHAT IF I NEED TO MISS DAYS DURING THE TRIAL?
Don’t worry. If something comes up or you’re away for a few days, let us know, and we’ll happily extend the trial period, or add in extra sessions for you 👍
WHAT IF I REGISTER BUT THEN CHANGE MY MIND?
You’ll get your money back. No hassle, no questions, no hard feelings. The thought of forcing anyone into fitness is our worst nightmare.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER MY 30 DAY TRIAL?
I will meet up before your last session and run through the membership options . If you want to carry on and work with me thats fantastic. I will suggest an appropriate membership option and programme going forward. If you decide RRT isn’t for you, we simply part ways. I’ll be sorry to see you go, but we accept that we can’t be all things to all people.
WHAT TIME ARE MY SESSIONS?
We have sessions available at 6:00am, 6:45am, and 5:15pm, 6:00pm , Monday, Tuesday, & Thursday. We also have 8:00am & 8:45am Saturday mornings.
You can vary your sessions week on week, and you book yourself into your sessions via a smartphone app.
